1. Recruitment Position:

• General Accountant
• Quantity: 1 – 2 staff
• Working hours: Mon – Fri (8:00 –12:00, 13:00 –17:00)
• Workplace: 16B Hoang Huu Nam, Long Binh Ward, Ho Chi Minh City
• Probation: 1 month

2. Job Description:

• Monitor orders, purchase materials and equipment for projects
• Work with suppliers: collect quotations, compare, and propose purchases
• Check and store internal documents, report payments
• Issue VAT invoices, prepare periodic tax reports (VAT, personal income tax, corporate income tax…)
• Monitor sales contracts and construction contracts
• Coordinate with the project department to control costs
• Other administrative – accounting tasks as assigned
• Details will be discussed further during the interview

3. Candidate Requirements:

• University/college graduate majoring in Accounting/Finance
• 1–3 years of experience in a similar position
• Proficient in Word, Excel, and accounting software
• Careful, honest, proactive; good coordination with other departments
